We rigourosly seek to uncover as much important information as early in the process as possible so you can write offers with peace of mind.

We know buying and selling a home is a very stressful experience, but we believe in taking as much stress out of it as we can. We do this by working together to plan and strategize EARLY. We cover all possible scenarios with you ahead of time, so you never feel blind-sided by an unexpected development. With the use of live-calendar updates, you can easily track your escrow timelines in your Apple or Google Calendar and which will update immediately (and notify you) if it should change or evolve. We are also in the process of integrating other tech-forward tools to make sure we are on the cutting edge and giving you the most seemless experience possible.
